• "Instructor" refers to any individual or entity providing courses through the Courses integration.
• "Student" refers to any individual enrolled in courses through the Courses integration.

3. User Accounts

• Users must create an account to access certain features of Smile.live.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

4. User Conduct

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Users agree not to engage in any activity that:
• Violates the rights of others.
• Harms, threatens, or harasses others.
• Impersonates any person or entity.
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights.
• Contains spam or malicious content.

5. Content Guidelines

• Users are solely responsible for the content they post on Smile.live.
• Users must not post any content that is:
• Unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.
• False, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights.

6. Advertising

• Advertisers may purchase advertising space on Smile.live to promote their products or services.
• Advertisers may target their ads based on user profile information provided by users.
• Smile.live, operated by MC Digital Media, does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of any ads displayed on the platform.

7. Marketplace

• Vendors may sell products or services through the Marketplace integration.
• MC Digital Media is not responsible for any transactions or disputes between users and vendors.
• Refund procedures and responsibilities lie with the respective vendors.

8. Courses

• Instructors may offer courses through the Courses integration.
• Students may enroll in courses offered through the Courses integration.
• MC Digital Media is not responsible for the content or quality of courses offered by instructors.

10. Poll System

• Users may participate in polls conducted on Smile.live.
• Opinions gathered from the poll system may be used for marketing purposes by MC Digital Media or its partners.

11. Group Creation, Forums, Blogs, etc.

• Users may create groups, forums, blogs, and other community features on Smile.live.
• MC Digital Media reserves the right to moderate and manage these community features.

12. Profile Field Usage

• MC Digital Media may use profile fields to automatically add users to specific groups or to facilitate auto-follow features based on user preferences.

13. Private Messaging System

• Smile.live utilizes a private messaging system provided by CircuitChat  to facilitate communication between users.
• All data passed through CircuitChat  is encrypted.
• When utilizing the end-to-end encrypted channels feature, CircuitChat  is unable to read the content of the data field.
• MC Digital Media is not responsible for any breaches or mishandling of data that may occur through the use of the private messaging system provided by CircuitChat .

14. Jobs Integration

• Smile.live will integrate a Jobs feature allowing companies or individuals to post job vacancies.
• MC Digital Media is not responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, or outcomes of job postings. Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence when applying for or hiring through the Jobs feature.

15. Events System

• Smile.live will implement an Events system allowing users or websites to add events.
• MC Digital Media is not responsible for the content, organization, or outcomes of events listed on the platform. Users should independently verify event details and exercise caution when participating.

16. Automated Tasks

• Smile.live may utilize automated tasks to enhance user experience and platform functionality.
• MC Digital Media reserves the right to modify or discontinue automated tasks at any time without prior notice.

17. AI Tool

• Smile.live may incorporate an AI tool to provide additional features or services.
• MC Digital Media is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or consequences resulting from the use of the AI tool.

18. Hosting of Images and Videos

• All images and videos uploaded or hosted on Smile.live will be stored on cloud servers provided by Wasabi (wasabi.com) located in the European Union (EU).
• MC Digital Media is committed to ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations governing the storage and processing of user data. While Wasabi (wasabi.com) is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the cloud storage service, MC Digital Media remains ultimately responsible as the data controller for ensuring that user data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

19. Limitation of Liability

• MC Digital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.

20. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

21. Amendments

• MC Digital Media reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the platform.
